It has the mandate to monitor and report on human rights violations, promote awareness of human rights, and advise the governm...

Pakistan's Climate Crisis: A Call to Action for Sustainable Development

Pakistan is facing a growing climate crisis, with rising temperatures, changing weather patterns, and increasing natural disasters all posing a threat to the country's development and stability. The effects of climate change are already being felt across Pakistan, from droughts and water shortages in rural areas to flooding and landslides in urban centers. One of the main drivers of Pakistan's climate crisis is the country's heavy reliance on fossil fuels for energy. To address these challenges, Pakistan needs to shift towards more sustainable and renewable sources of energy. The government has already taken some steps in this direction, including the launch of a new Renewable Energy Policy in 2019, which aims to increase the share of renewable energy in the country's energy mix to 30% by 2...

The success of Daraz has inspired other companies to enter the market, including local players like Homeshopping.pk and international brands like Amazon and eBay.
